8.          Delivery, Cancellation, Return and Refund

Information relating to delivery, cancellation, return, exchange and refund of orders placed on our Site is set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of, and is to be read together with, these Terms. No cancellation charges shall be levied on consumers unless equivalent charges are also borne by us where the cancellation is at our instance.

The Grievance Officer shall acknowledge complaints within 48 (forty-eight) hours and redress them within 1 (one) month from the date of receipt thereof.

10.        Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

Our products are perishable and prepared fresh to order, and their appearance, availability and delivery timelines may vary. Save in respect of goods that are defective, deficient, spurious or materially different from what was advertised, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of our Site or services. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted under applicable Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

11.        Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms where such delay or failure arises from causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government action, epidemics, or disruption to logistics or courier services.

12.        Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protection law (which entitles consumers to approach a consumer forum having jurisdiction over their place of residence), the courts at Gurugram, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, with such changes taking effect on posting to our Site. Your continued use of our Site or services after any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
